Stuart Pebble likes his harness. It took him about a week to feel more balanced and calm.
He can slip one of his front legs out of the harness if it is not super tight on him. However, when the harness is super tight he breathes more heavily and cries/meow a scared meow.
When the harness fits him comfortable he is able to walk on the leash just fine and enjoys his outside time.
Takes some getting used to but that’s just cause my cat never used one. No issues though he did get one paw out somehow through the neck strap. Super cute
I have a very large cat, and it just barely fits him. The quality is very good for the price. It comes with the matching leash, and I love that part.
I liked that you put harness on top and velcro below. My cat doesn't like front harness and clasp on top. Don't like the hook velcro being visible as this may irritate cats feont arm pits and collect debris.
My cats continually want to go outside. I purchased this to grant their wish. Sunny, the orange cat pictured, weighs about 15 pounds. The harness fit him, with extra velcro left. I was also able to get this on my skinner cat that weighs about 8 pounds.
Sunny didn't like it, and kept trying to pull out of it. It very easily slipped off, and even pulling it tighter, did no good.
Baby G, my other cat, did not pull on it, and it stayed on her very well.
If I buy another harness, I will definitely get one that actually latches. This one will work in the meantime.
Very dramatic kitty who refuses to walk in. The harness itself is super adorable and easy to put on. My cat hates it but it’s okay; we’re harness training. This is good to start off since it’s easy to get on and off. However, the Velcro does make it seem like she can easily escape if she tried.
Adorable sailor jacket! We got many compliments on our neighborhood walks. Easy to put on and the large velcro neck & belly straps fit well & snugly (Gigi is 12 lb for reference, with a tiny/XS neck & a little extra belly flap & is wearing the Large). It wasn't her favorite thing at first, and she'd drop to her belly and refuse to move the first few times it was out on her. She loves going outside, though, so she got used to it when she heard "Want to go outside?" After more than a year of walks, we had to stop using it when a car started up nearby and she literally leaped/tore herself out of the velcro and hid in the bushes for over an hour. It'd be great for less strong or scairdy cats, or could be reinforced with safety pins to ensure the velcro doesn't come undone, just in case.

Only sad part is the Velcro came slightly detached at one corner so I had to see it back on
The design is very cute. It's a bit big and the velcro isn't sturdy. So I may need to sew in new velcro, or even buttons. The fact that it's a vest is good though, vest harnesses are the best for cats, as they're easiest to put on.
I just got it. It went on easily but I couldn’t get her outside so I don’t know how well it actually works.
I've tried so many harnesses and I find most of them so confusing to put on and by the time I'm done wrestling my cat into them neither of us want to look at each other. This one is exactly what I was looking for. It goes on in a snap and my cat seems to like it a 1000x better than others I've tried. He definitely went into flop mode at first just throwing himself on the ground and laying there like a slug. But curiosity got the better of him and now we wander around the yard (at his pace of course). It is so adorable too (my tiny tiger is now a sailor!). My only caveat: My cat is a 14 pound Ragdoll so I bought him size XL and I think he would have been better off in a size large. We just wander around my fenced in back yard and I'm guessing if he wanted to really wiggle out of it he might be able to but I don't think it would be particularly easy and since we stay close to home it isn't a concern.

4 stars because I love the look of this harness but after securing the Velcro straps tightly, my cat still slipped out multiple times.
My cat looks adorable in this. Plus it's a great harness, easy to put on and sturdy. I love it and my car doesn't mind it. I like that it comes with a lightweight leash that matches. I just wish there was a size between the small and medium bc the medium is too large and the small is snug so if he gains weight he probably wouldn't fit it anymore.
The harness looks like the photo. The colors of the blue sailor suit are bright and crisp with no bleed over to adjacent fabrics. The material seems durable and the stitches are close together. I has no trouble adjusting the velcro tabs for a comfortable fit. As Ghost has made no effort to escape the harness, I don't know if it is escape proof.
Very cute and good quality. My kitty was very comfortable wearing it. It was easy to put on him and the velcro made it easy to adjust to fit.
I don’t typically write reviews……Absolutely love this harness! Easy to put on and take off and very secure. Very happy with this purchase.
FYI, this is an XL and my cats are between 12 and 14 lbs. plenty of room to adjust for a bigger cat.

Max likes the way this fits and adjusts and it is much easier to put on than previous one. Plus I think Max looks adorable in it!❤️ Of course, like any cat, Max is able to squirm out of any harness if he tries.
I have ordered two of these. The first when my cat was 7 months old (lg) and again at 1 1/2 years old one size larger. Im a navy veteran living on the water in Florida and my cat looks awesome in this. Its a tad hot for him in summer so we have a different kind of harness for him with more ventilation we use if its too hot for this one. This harness works for a cat that is use to them. I started harness training my cat at 9 weeks. However do be aware if your cat becomes frightened or startled it can escape from these. I would recommend a different type that is more secure if harness training or if traveling. My cat does find this one more comfortable to wear than most others we have tried. He is about 15 lbs, 3 ft from nose to base of tail when laying down stretched out and a bit taller than average. He fits size xl
My baby Hemi is so adorable in his little harness. We started out with very small jaunts so as to make it fun and not overwhelm him. He wore it for little bits in the house before venturing out. He hasn't escaped yet. He can be skittish, but hasn't had a full meltdown in it.
