This is the best vest on the market!!! Lots of cute options available to fit your style and at the price you'll be able to get at least 2 or 3. They all have the perfect design, that's very adjustable, for cats and kittens in a range of sizes. I have been leash training my little guy since he was 6 weeks old. Wish I had found this vest 2 years ago. I would have gotten a lot less scratches & frustrating struggling. You don't have to get your cat to put their heads or anything else through anything! You just velcro the neck & torso and your ready to go. The fabric is soft and breathable, no buckels or chunky designs that are obviously made for dogs... After being stuck inside all winter my little guy is so ready to get outside and this vest is going to make it so much easier for me!

Perfect in many ways

We like the velcro closures, as it makes it much easier to put on the vest, and adjust it to the proper size. An added benefit, is that when our cat gets the zoomies at night, the vest doubles as a "calming" vest, that totally "slows his roll". Very well made, should last quite a while.

Perfect for my Cat

Purchased a small back in March 2024, this is my second purchase getting a large. My cat loves it, he walks perfectly on the leash, doesn't try to get out. Very comfortable and well made. I like that it's mesh and breathable. I sometimes have to put it on when my son brings his kittens over to play, this calms him down so he doesn't play too hard. I have tried other brands and types this one is the best.

Excellent for protecting bandaging

I purchased this harness because it appeared to offer good protection for a bandage over a neck wound. Veterinary care people do their best to apply bandaging to help the wound heal (it is working), but as it heals, it also itches. When BG (cat) scratches, she often pulls some of the cotton bandaging out. Was hoping this harness would help protect the bandaging. She has worn it since last Friday (it is not Monday) and it is working out better than I'd hoped. BG can move easily, eat fine, use her litter box normally, and come up for scritching and attention. And her bandage has remained intact! Excellent harness.

You should fit one flat finger between harness and your cat’s skin. Snug enough to prevent slipping out, loose enough for free movement and breathing.

This “freeze & flop” reaction is very common for first‑time harness wearers, it is not pain. Do short daily indoor practice sessions with treats, most cats adapt quickly.
