Quite sturdy! Allows easy control over cat's behavior. Great for long walks!
I plan to find a little t-shirt to go under this harness, because the velcro gets a bit caught up in his long fur. But oh my word, the aesthetics. This harness is absolutely priceless. My cat looks like he's going into battle. The patches are velcro, so you can easily order other flags or something to go in those places. Love this purchase.
For reference, I trained my cat to wear harnesses since he was 8-weeks old so he’s quite comfortable with them. This x-large harness is a good fit for my 9-month old 10 pound boy. I did have to add additional Velcro on the side to keep it snug. The handle is convenient where I attach my air tag and a mini neon LED light.
It is exactly as seen in the pictures it works well, it is not heavy which was my main concern, the velcro around the neck seemed to have been a little on the weared down side but other than that it was perfect.
Our cat would not wear any other harness.
He seems to love this one. Now we can take Max out and he enjoys it.

My 18lb rescue kitty has been wanting to go outside lately. I won't let him out unless he is secured.... so we ordered him this XXL harness and leash. He loves it (as much as a cat would love a harness) He is beefy and this fits him perfectly, he isn't able to escape and the patches are adorable!
My Siamese was once an outdoor cat with his previous family. When I got him we had our moments he's been notorious for escaping out the door and any harness I ever bought him. Seriously I've watched him escape out of dog cages he's truly a mastermind at escape... Until this harness, This is the first harness I have ever gotten him that truly lives up to escape proof. And he LOVES it. He knows it means he gets to go outside or go on an adventure. We've had this harness over a year now and it's still holding strong and still not a single escape.
I wasn’t a cat person and my wife wanted a dog. We went to pet store to get fish for our new pond and ended up coming home with a kitten we rescued. We made her a house cat, but have successfully trained her with the harness and leash and now take her out frequently and have even brought her camping with us. Love the tactical look and the patches that some with it. The handle is great to pick her up quickly if needed and then can hold her property. It took several attempts to get her used to it, and as much as she hated it in the beginning she had gotten used to the harness and doesn’t seem to bother her at all. She will go to the door and basically ask for it to be put on so she can go outside. Once she associated it with being outside she seemed to not mind it all. Highly recommend this style as we tried a different one first. I was skeptical about the Velcro but it holds strong and now prefer it better than any clip. Also seems to fit well while remaining snug and comfortable. I think we started with a medium size based on measurements, but needed to replace with a small for a better fit. Our cat is only about 9-10lbs.
I got this for my cat. She loves going outside and walks great with a leash and harness, but she can escape the regular cat harnesses. So far my little escape artist hasn't been able to slip out of this one and it's so stinking cute. I don't like using the handle to pick her up though.
I have a cat that refuses to get in a carrier to go to the vet. I thought this would be an alternative to avoid the carrier fight. What I found is as soon as I put the harness on he lays down and purrs. My usually nervous and feisty boy settles right down. I use it to give him medicine and clip his nails and even put him in his carrier. He refuses to walk in it. He's a hefty boy at 18 lbs. The XL fits with room to spare. The vet loves the patch "Mama says I'm special" so he gets lot of extra attention.
Our 28lb Maine Coon loves to go on walks and this is his favorite because it doesn’t touch his ears when we put it on. Kitty approved. Plus my husband is prior military and loves that he can put his patches on it.
Item as described so can't knock the product. My cat's measurements were right between two sizes and their advice to order the larger of the two sizes is sound. Fits great. However... my cat HATES it. He acts like he has sudden onset neurological conditions! Takes two wobbly steps and falls over. Trying to get him acclimated to it so the wifey can take him for walks, but he--literally--won't stand for it.

I tried several harnass' and they were all pretty much the same. While they offer ease of movement, they also offered an easy escape. I take my kitty in a stroller in her harness with the top off so she feels like she is out doors and free - she loves it and even now runs down the stairs to be put in the harnass. Great design and sturdy.

I ordered a Medium for my teenage cat who is about 8-9lbs. It fit him well and the velcro made it easy to adjust. It looks snug so when he’s wearing it around the house (for practice) I always made it looser around the neck. He got used to it quickly and its pretty fast and easy to put on which is great when you have a playful and swipey cat like mine. We used it outside and it was a success. He did try to backwards walk out of it but securing the neck velcro took care of that and the handle on the back of the vest made it easy to handle my cat.
BUT ••••BE CAREFUL PET OWNERS!! I use this harness but only when my cat is leashed to the inside of her stroller & even then I have to keep watch on her CUZ CATS WILL ALWAYS PULL THEIR BODIES ROUND & OUT OF ANY HARNESS EVEN “”ESCAPE PROOF”” ones!!!******
Well made harness. Comes with leash and cute velcro patches. If your kitty is an escape artist, this one is not for you. Ordered a L in the buckle style, was too big. Ordered a M in this one, was too small. Aside from it being too snug, my kitty was also able to escape way too easily. That's my kitty though. If you have a chill kitty that's used to harnesses, this would be a good pick. Had to return mine for reasons stated, the overall quality though I think is very good.

I've tried a bunch of harnesses for my cat, and so far this is the best. She can still get out of it if she really tries, but I've had better luck putting the leash on the second rung (farther from her head)
Awesome, but if your cat is Hercules he or she can get out bc it’s only closure is Velcro …. She looks so cute in it though and hasn’t gotten out of it so far.
